Sofia’s Point of View
“It isn’t safe for you to stay in a room alone with everything going on. I think it would be best if you stayed with me,” Ethan said, shocking me. I couldn’t believe he wanted me to stay in his room. What shocked me the most was that I was happy he wanted me to stay with him. I honestly wanted to move in with him. The problem was I didn’t know if I should stay with him. What if he decided that he didn’t want to be with me anymore?
“Can I think about it?” I asked, and he started to frown.
“Of course, you can think about it, Love,” Ethan said, and then he started smiling again, but I knew it was a forced smile.

“Sof, Sof,” I heard Ella say. We were at the mall in the store Forever 21. After speaking with Ethan about Jane and everything that had happened. Tammie told Eric and Ethan we were going to the mall. Ethan was worried about us going because Jane was out there somewhere, and he couldn’t come with me because he was busy trying to find Jane. Tammie told him that we would take the guards with us and that everything would be fine. Ethan agreed after Tammie reminded him that I needed clothes and everything else because of what Jane did to my room,

I still couldn’t stop thinking about him asking me to move in with him. I wanted to, but I was worried. I wanted to, but I was worried that it would
be too soon.
“Huh,” I said as I looked at Ella.
“I said, do you like this dress?” Ella asked as she held up a light blue
sundress.
“Ella, don’t you think I have enough stuff now? I mean, look at this cart.” I said as I gestured to the cart, which was full of clothing that Ella and Tammie had got for me. I kept telling them that I didn’t need that many clothes, but they didn’t listen.
“You can never have too many clothes, Sof,” Ella said
“That is true,” Tammie said as she walked over to us, holding a red short sleeve blouse. “What do you think about this?” Tammie asked as she held
it up for me to see.
“It’s nice, but this is too much. I can’t let you spend all this money on me.” I said
“Oh, sweetheart. You are family now,” Tammie said.
“Yeah, and Ethan is happy to buy you these things.” Ella said
“Ethan is buying all of this?” I asked
“Yeah, he gave me his card and told us to make sure we get you
everything you need even if you try to stop us from doing so,” Ella said. I didn’t know what to think. Ethan was acting like he really did love me. He was worried about my well being, wanted me to move in with him, and he wanted to buy me everything I needed. Maybe he was being honest about his feelings.
“I think this is enough. Let’s go check out,” Tammie said, making me smile. I was happy they were done shopping.
“Yeah, we can get some food at the food court, and then we can go shoe shopping,” Ella said, making me frown.
“I already have shoes,” I said, and they looked at the old Sketechers I wast wearing.
“Yeah, but you need more than one pair of shoes, Sofia,” Tammie said
“Yeah, and they are worn out. I know they are uncomfortable,” Ella said. She was right. I had had those pairs of shoes for about a year now, and they were worn out from all the walking I had to do. Once we finished. paying, we headed to the food court while the guards took the bags and followed us. Everyone was looking at us while we were walking. I was sure they were looking at the guards that were following us. We were on human territory, so they didn’t know about werewolves, and I was sure they were wondering who we were.
Ella and I decided to get pizza, while Tammie wanted burgers and fries.
“So, do you want to talk to me about what’s bothering you?” Ella asked while we waited in line

“What do you mean? Nothing is bothering me,” I said
“I have known you for a long time, and I know when you are worried about something. Is it about Jane? Are you worried she is going to get to you because you don’t have to worry about her? Ethan will never let her hurt you. None of us would,” Ella said
“I know. That isn’t what I have been thinking about,” I said, and Ella waited for me to finish. “I am so confused about Ethan. He has been so nice to me. I don’t know what to think,” I said
“Ethan is your mate, Sof. He is supposed to be nice to you. He cares about you, and he always has. Just like you have always cared about him,” Ella said. I looked at her with a shocked expression, and Sof rolled her eyes. “Come on, Sof. Do you really think I didn’t know you had feelings for my brother? I saw the way you looked at him. I saw how hurt you were when you found out he was dating Jane. I am not stupid,” Ella said
“Why didn’t you say anything.” I asked.
“Honestly, I wanted to, so many times, but I knew it was best to let the two of you figure everything out. I had a feeling you were going to be his mate,” Ella said. She was about to say more, but someone spoke first.
“Sofia.” I looked up to see my mom walking over to me.
