Chapter 42
Sofia’s Point of View
“I am ready,” I said.
“You are ready for what?” Ethan asked with a confused expression on his
face.
“I am ready to move in with you,” I replied and Ethan pulled me to him and kissed my lips passionately. I kissed him back, wanting him to know
how much he meant to me.
“You have no idea how happy you have made me, Sof. I am so happy you are moving in with me,” Ethan said.
“So am I,” I replied.
“You are sure, right? I don’t want there to be any doubt,” Ethan said.
“I am sure. I am one hundred percent sure,” I replied, and I connected my lips to him again. We kissed until we needed to breathe.
“There is one more thing I need to talk to you about,” Ethan said. I could. tell it was important by his facial expression. I sat on the bed quietly and waited for him to speak. “My dad and I think it would be a good idea for you to start werewolf training ass on as possible. There is a possibility that you will shift, and you need to gain your strength. Werewolves normally

start training when they are ten so that they are stronger for the shift, so the sooner, the better. The first shift is very painful, and it goes better
when you have strengthened your body,” Ethan said. I remembered Ethan and I talking about me training with the pack so that I could be stronger, but we hadn’t started yet.
“Okay, but we still don’t know if I am going to shift because of the Wolfroot my mom gave me,” I replied
“That is true, but there is a possibility that you will, and it would be better to be prepared. I also think it would be a good idea to have Tabatha help train you with your powers. I know that you haven’t gained them yet, but it would be good for her to help you so that you can control them when they come,” Ethan replied.
“Okay,” I said. I was a little nervous about training with the Pack and with a witch, but I knew it was important.
“Great! You will start training with the Pack tomorrow morning, and I will speak to Tabatha to see when she can start your witch training,” Ethan said
“Okay,” I said
“You are taking all of this better than I thought you would,” Ethan said, and I shrugged my shoulders.
“I am not going to lie, I am nervous, but I know this has to be done,” I replied, and Ethan smiled at me.
Chapter 47
“There is one more thing I want to talk to you about,” Ethan said.
“What is that?” I asked
“I was wondering if you would like to meet your dad’s family now that we
know who he is,” Ethan said.
“I don’t know. What if they don’t want to meet me? I mean, my mom did. force herself on him. She drugged him in order to get him to sleep with her. He will probably hate me,” I said
“I don’t think he will hate you, Sofia. I honestly think he would love to know you, and he would be happy that he has a daughter. He has two sons.
with his mate. Their names are Jason and Nicholas, but I am sure he
would love to meet you. Plus, you are the firstborn, and that means that it’s your birthright to take over his Pack,” Ethan said
“What do you mean?” I asked shocked
“The firstborn to an Alpha is the one that is supposed to take over. To be honest, I have never heard of the firstborn being a female, but you are
Don’s firstborn, and that means that you have the power to take over. Right now, everyone believes Jason is the oldest and heir to his Pack, but that isn’t true, which means Jason wouldn’t have the power to become
alpha when the time comes,” Ethan said, and I stayed silent. I honestly didn’t know what I wanted to do. A part of me wanted to meet my father, but another part was worried that he wouldn’t accept me as his daughter because of what my mom did.
“What do you think I should do?” I asked, and Ethan sighed
“I wish I could tell you what to do, Love, but this has to be your decision. I would never tell you to do anything you don’t want to do. Just think about what you really want, and we will do what you choose. If you want us to tell him that you are his daughter, then we will. If not, then we won’t. The choice is up to you,” Ethan said
“I want to talk to my mom first before I make my decision,” I said
“Okay, then we can go see her tomorrow,” Ethan said
“No, I want to go see her now,” I replied. I didn’t want to wait. I needed to figure out what the right thing would be, but first, I wanted to talk to my mom. I needed to hear her side of the story before I made up my mind.
“Okay, then let’s go talk to her.”
