She admired the new recruit. Layla was intelligent, bold, serious, and sharp. Sally thought that if Layla could impress her with her solution, her earlier decisions.

Layla suggested, “We should persuade Jeremiah to switch to a smaller unit. We won’t offer a refund, but we can draft a new contract. If there’s a suitable smaller unit available, the client can choose it. If not, the company should refund the two thousand dollars.

“This way, even if we don’t have a fitting unit available later, the client will still get their money back. This approach will a similar tactics, and the company won’t incur a loss while still addressing the client’s concerns,”
