Chapter 65 Do You Have to Be So Impatient Mr. Ford
When Valerie finished speaking, the room fell so silent that the sound of a pindrop could be heard.
Sabrina, Zayn, and Emily stopped in their tracks. Emily was about to storm over in a huff, but Sabrina stopped her.
“Let’s heat what she has to say.” Sabrina was also curious to see how Linda would respond.
Worried that Sabrina might get the wrong idea, Emily quickly explained on behalf of Jordan, “Don’t believe her lies, Sabrina, Jorden loves you the most.”
Sabona just smiled silently. To everyone else, she and Jordan appeared to be deeply in love and inseparable.
“True love? Is she telling the truth, Jordan?”
In a fit of rage, Linda threw the untouched cup to the ground. It shattered into pieces, with fragments flying everywhere and hitting Valerie. She screamed and covered her head in panic.
“Jordan Ford!”
Jordan rowed his eyes and stepped in front of Valecie. “This is all my fault, Grandma. If you’re angry, take it out on me. Valerie is innocent. I’m the one who promised to take responsibility for her.”
With reddened eyes, Valerie hid behind Jordan and peeked at Linda, who was on the couch. She then added fuel to the fire.
*Jordan and I love each other, and we were together before he got married, Mrs. Ford Senior. I had to go abroad for treatment due to my health, and I accepted him marrying Ms Tucker because=”
Valerie wanted to take this opportunity to reveal the truth. She wanted to show Linda who jordan truly loved.
She just didn’t get it. Did it matter who married into the family or who had Jordan’s child? Why did they all prefer Sabrina, an orphan who didn’t even know who her parents were
“That’s enough. Valerie ”
Jordan noticed Linda wasn’t looking w
well as her chest was heaving in anger. He quickly stopped Valerie from continuing, “Grandma-”
Linda rose to her feet and slapped jordan across the face. His head tumed sharply to one side. In that instant, the room went dead silent. This was the first time since Jordan was bom that Linda had ever hit him..
“As long as l’in alive, I will never agree to the two of you bring together.”
“Sabrina and 1 have already signed the divorce papers, Grandma. Our marriage was purely contractual. I’m going to take responsibility for Valerie even if you oppose it.”

Jordan had ever opposed Linda so openly. Clutching her chest, she pointed at him with her fingers trembling. “Well done. Aren’t you the perfect grandson I’ve spoiled since you were little?” After saying that, Linda was so overwhelmed with anger that she fainted, “Grandma!” Jordan’s expression changed drastically. This time, Linda wasn’t faking it. She had genuinely passed out from anger.
“Grandma” Emily darted over. She was so anxious that tears welled up in her eyes.
“Let me have a look” Sabrina walked over and nudged jordan aside.
Then, she carefully examined Linda. After confirming that her breathing was stable, Sabrina found out that it wasn’t anything serious and said, “It’s nothing to worry about, just some anger getting the best of her. She’ll be fine after resting.”
Luckily, Linda didn’t have heart problems, so her life wasn’t in jeopardy.
Jordan said with a conflicted expression, “Why are you here?”
“I was worried that you might not be able to handle it, so I came by to check on you.” Sabrina looked at the wobbling Valerie and chuckded. “Do you have to be so impatient, Mr. Ford? The paperwork isn’t all sorted out yet.”
Sabrina held back from saying anything harsher, hoping to hold on to some pride.
jordan must have really loved Valerie. He went against Linda for her and ended up making her faint from anger. If Sabrina wasn’t involved, she would have started clapping for them.
Valerio walled up and tugged Jordan’s sleeve before saying softly. “Now that everything is out in the open, I’ll be with you through whatever comes our way, Jordan”
