Under the threat of the store owner, William was unfazed as he simply turned around and began to head for the exit.
Anna’s pupils shrunk in shock and she quickly ran to block his way.
“You! How dare you be arrogant? I’m your sister–in–law”
She was surprised at William’s audacity.
Her sister’s husband always had his head down when she scolded him but now, he was staring fearlessly at her.
Why is he acting like a different person now?
“My sister–in–law? Are you sure about that?” William’s brows were slightly raised.
Anna gritted her teeth in anger and whispered, “Who do you even think you are? Help me right now and I’ll consider talking to my sister not to divorce a loser like you”
She was well informed about her sister’s new intention to divorce Williams and the man she wanted to get married to.
For five years, she always wanted to see the loser, William get kicked out of the Wilson family and it was finally here.
Why then would she beg her sister not to divorce him?
She expected William to quickly dive into her offer and agree but the look on his face had turned cold.
It was as if he could see through her.
Anna was visibly shaken and lost her balance for a moment because of this.
How exactly is this loser making her feel scared with just a stare?
William turned away from he
and continued to walk but almost immediately, five macho raced out of nowhere and blocked the exit of the store.
They were the store security guards and they brandished the batons in their hands intending to scare him.

The store owner laughed crazily, “Do you think you can walk away from here,”
Williams exhaled and tilted his head in the store owner’s direction to say, “Do you have a problem with me?”
The laugh on the man’s face stopped and he gritted his teeth, “She is sister–in- law, right? Pay right now. That’s right, you cannot pay”
He sized up William with his eyes and continued, “What are you even doing in my store? You must have come here to steal one of my items”
There was now a hint of resentment in his wide eyes.
“I came here to inquire about an antique but with your attitude, I’m no longer interested. You’re such a fat rude idiot ”
When Anna heard this, she bit her lower lip and berated him, “William, don’t say anything again. Don’t make this harder than it already is”
“You!” The store owner roared and his body shook like he was going to explode out of his already pressurized suit, “Who do you think you are to say nonsense to me? If you don’t apologize right now, I’ll make sure there is nothing left of you to bury”
William scoffed and lazily pinched the roof of his nose, “Are you sure you’re capable of that?”
Anna’s face turned ashen in fright.
“William! You loser, do you want to get us killed? Hurry up and apologize to him”
She was scared of the store owner’s reaction now that she had associated
herself with his loser.
“Who is this man who dares to disrespect Mr. Frank?”
“He must be tired of living. No one comes to Mr. Frank’s store and acts recklessly”
“I’m sure he’s here to steal and doesn’t even know Mr. Frank else he wouldn’t
be this audacious to talk nonsense”
“Mr. Frank, don’t even think of letting him apologize, teach this arrogant man a lesson”

The watching crowd now stared down at William in disdain and sought to curry favor with the store owner.
“If I forgive you today, you will think highly of yourself. Boys! Break their legs”
The moment the last word came out of his mouth, the impatient security guards charged at the duo with one intention.
“You loser! Apologize to them now” Anna was now scared to her bones and instantly regretted involving herself with the useless son–in–law in the first place.
Bam!
A dull noise resounded in the store and everyone thought William had been hit by the leading guard but the next second, a man was sent flying backward as
he let out a scream.
The leading guard had been hit in the chest by a powerful kick from William and not a single person in the store saw it.
Like a vehicle that had lost control, the body of the man rammed into the incoming two and they collapsed to the ground.
Everyone was shocked including Anna who was now in a state of panic.
Is this the same William she had scolded and hit countless times?
The store owner tightened his fist and roared at the remaining guards who had halted their movement, “Kill him right now!”
The fear in their hearts vanished and they rushed at him together.
If they attacked together, he wouldn’t be that awesome to take them all down.
” “Stop right now!” A powerful voice resonated in the store and the guards halted. their movement midway because it had come unannounced.
Everyone’s eyes turned in the direction of the entrance and a tall man in a tailored suit walked majestically into the store with two bodyguards in dark shades following closely behind him.
“If anyone takes another step towards this young master, I’ll break their legs and make them beg on the street till the day they die”

The man’s voice screamed authority and the bodyguards behind him looked intimidating.
“Mr. Daniel Louis is here”
“Oh my God, it’s Daniel Lois. That’s the CEO of AMK group”
“That’s right. Now I recognize him, he’s the CEO of that leading construction company”
Even the store owner was surprised to see the well–dressed man who was now walking up to him.
This was his number one customer who bought antiques worth millions and even had one of the store’s exclusive cards.
The smile on his face brightened, “Awesome Mr. Louis, you’re here,
His speech was interrupted by a thunderous noise.
Everywhere went silent in an instant.
The store owner had been slapped mercilessly by the known CEO and no one could wrap their heads around the reason.
“Who do you think you are to disrespect a significant person?” The rage in Daniel’s eyes made the store owner shrink back in fear.
“Significant? Who? I would not dare offend someone significant” Hot tears were now forming in the eyes of the burly man.
Anna gulped.
Significant? That can’t be the loser, Willam.
The store owner must have offended someone else before she came to the
store.
She noticed no one was watching her anymore so she went low and snuck out of the store.
William saw her and merely sneered before finding his way out of the store too.
He wasn’t interested in this drama.

The man who was scolding the store owner turned to the point where William stood only to realize that he was leaving the store already.
He hurried after him quickly and called out, “Young Master, you must be in a hurry”
There was a slight frown on William’s face as he asked coldly, “Who are you?”
“You might not know me but I’m Daniel Lois. I saw you at the Bank today” A smile lingered on his face and William instantly understood.
This man was among the customers who had been sent out of the bank today and thought of him as significant.
“I’ll remember your kindness, Daniel Louis” William turned around and began to head for his garbage truck.
Daniel Lois was overjoyed to be recognized by a man who could make the mighty Grey Almond go down and be respectful.
This was definitely someone powerful in the society.
He returned to the store and announced with a determined voice, “I’m shutting down this useless store today”
